Great PT, great bloke! I was initially hesitant to sign on with a PT but I quickly came to realize that when equipped with the right tools and information training becomes both addictive and incredibly fun. What a difference Scott has made to me. Before I met Scott I was struggling with some medical issues, going to the gym but not enjoying it. Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where you throw punches with gloved hands at the Personal Trainer. It's a great workout for getting your heart rate up and burning fat, as well as enhancing coordination and being nimble on your feet. 

Boxing is a great way to burn fat and increase your fitness levels while having lots of fun. As a punchfit boxing trainer for the past 3 years I get so much positive feedback from my clients from our boxing sessions.

When it comes to looking and feeling your best, nutrition is an important aspect of this process. As a nutrition coach I will work with you to set achievable goals for you to create some good habits to ensure sustainable weight loss.
